  • 500 g Cream cheese
  • 100 g Fruit puree
  • 2 nos Jelly tablets soaked
  • 70 g Double cream cold
  • 2 tbsp Honey


  • For preparing fruit cream-cheese mousse, leave the cream cheese to drain overnight, removing the whey at regular intervals.
  • Blend the very cold cream cheese with the honey. Keep it aside.
  • Whisk the cold cream with 30 grams of ice-cold water until fluffy.
  • Mix together the cream cheese, fruit puree and cream. Chill it.
  • Fruit cream-cheese mousse is ready. Serve chilled with strawberry sauce, dry fruits etc.
