Fruit Salad with custard is one of the most easiest dessert. Fruit Salad with custard is a simple, tasty and healthy dessert. Fruit salad tastes best with vanilla ice cream.

  • 1 bowl Fruits
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Custard powder


  • Mix the custard powder in 1/ 4 cup of cold milk and keep it aside. Heat the remaining milk in a pan, add sugar and mix it well until it melts.When it starts to boil, add the custard mixture and stir continously on low flame for 3- 4 minutes. Cool the custard and refrigerate it.
  • Chop the fruits. I used apple, pomegranate, mango and banana.
  • Once the custard has cooled, add the mixed fruits. Mix well and keep it in the fridge .
  • Fruit Salad is ready. Serve chilled with dry fruits or vanilla ice cream.
