  • Prawn – 250g(de(veined, washed and drained), de) –
  • garlic(crushed) – 2cloves
  • Lemon juice – 1/2tbsp
  • Butter – 30g
  • Parsley(chopped) – 1/2tsp
  • Pepper(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing garlic prawn/jhinga in microwave, first take prawns and crushed garlic in a bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  2. Stir in rest of the ingredients: lemon juice, butter, parsley, pepper and required salt. Cook covered on high for 8 minutes. Stir in between after 4 minutes.
  3. Allow the garlic prawn recipe to stand in microwave for a few minutes before serving.
  4. Healthy and tasty garlic prawn/jhinga in microwave is ready. Serve hot.
