Garlic Prawn-Jhinga In Microwave

  • Prawn – 250g(de veined, washed and drained), de
  • 2 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 30 g Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley chopped
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing garlic prawn/jhinga in microwave, first take prawns and crushed garlic in a bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  • Stir in rest of the ingredients: lemon juice, butter, parsley, pepper and required salt. Cook covered on high for 8 minutes. Stir in between after 4 minutes.
  • Allow the garlic prawn recipe to stand in microwave for a few minutes before serving.
  • Healthy and tasty garlic prawn/jhinga in microwave is ready. Serve hot.
