150 g Prawns (cleaned, washed and drained)25 g Garlic (minced)2 nos Onions (chopped)1 tsp Pepper powder1 tbsp Soya sauce1 tbsp Tomato sauce1 tsp Red chilly sauce5 nos Green chillies (slit)1 no Capsicum (chopped)Oil (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) For preparing garlic prawns, fry garlic, onions and green chillies in oil.Add in prawns and mix well.Then add in soya sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder, chilly sauce, capsicum and salt. Mix well and allow the prawns to cook well.Garnish with coriander leaves.Garlic prawns are ready. Serve hot. Kerala
