Ingredients

Jackfruit

Cream
of
Coconut
2/3
cup
Sugar

tbsp
White flour or rice flour
1/4
tsp
Cardamom
powder
Elakka
Instructions
Rinse the jackfruit in warm
water
.
Cut into small pieces.
Add 2 cups of
water
and cook till tender.
Mix well the flour in 1/4 cup
water
.
Pour this into the cooked jackfruit and stir for 5 minutes.
Add
sugar
and stir.
Mix the
coconut
milk
and bring to a boil.
Add the
cardamom
powder.
