Gherkins with other ingredients are added to make this foogath

As reqd
Instructions
For preparing gherkins/
ivy gourd
foogath, heat
oil
in a deep frying pan.
Splutter
mustard seeds
.
Then add
curry leaves
, gherkins,
onion
, green chilies,
turmeric powder
, grated
coconut
,
salt
and
water
. Mix it.
Allow it to cook on low flame for 5 minutes till the
water
evaporates.
Gherkins/
ivy gourd
foogath is ready. Serve as a side dish with rice.
