500 g Fish (boneless,sliced)1 tsp Mustard seeds2 tbsp Shallots (chopped)1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste1 no Onion (chopped)1 no Tomato (pureed)1 tsp Chilly Powder1 tsp Cumin Powder (Jeerakam)1 tbsp Vinegar1/2 tbsp Lemon juice1 tsp Pepper powder1 tbsp OilSalt (As reqd)Water (As reqd) First clean the fish and drain well.Marinate the fish with lemon and salt and fry lightly.Heat oil in a frying pan and fry onions to a golden brown color.Add ginger-garlic paste and sautT for a minute.Stir in chilly powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, tomato puree, required salt and fry for a few seconds.Add lightly fried fish pieces and vinegar. Mix well.Pour little water and cook till you get a slightly thick gravy.In a pan, Heat little oil and deep fry shallots. Finally pour it on the gravy.Place the Goan fish vindaloo in a serving bowl and serve hot with plain rice. Goa
