300 g Prawns1 no Coconut (grated)1 tbsp Coriander powder1 tbsp Chilly powder1 pinch Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1/2 tsp Pepper powder4 slices Cocum (Kudam puli)1 piece Ginger1 clove Garlic1 nos Onion (finely sliced)4 nos Green chilliesSalt (As reqd)2 tbsp Coconut oil1 no Lemon juice1 no Tomato (chopped) For preparing goan pawn curry, clean the prawns and remove the head.Marinate the prawns with salt and lemon juice. Keep it aside.Grind coconut, coriander powder, chilly powder, cumin seeds, pepper powder, ginger, garlic and cocum.(cocum must be mixed in water and this water is used while grinding).Fry onion and green chillies in coconut oil.Pour the ground paste in the sauteed onion.Add salt and boil it.When it boils add the prawns and tomato.
