Instructions
- For preparing gobi manjurian indo chinese, first soak the cauliflower in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain and keep it in a bowl.
- Add little salt and corn flour. Mix well.
- Deep fry it in oil and keep in a tissue paper.
- Combine all the sauces in a bowl with vinegar.
- Pour the sauce into pan and fry it.
- Saute well. Add the cauliflower and mix well. Add little water.
- Add the corn starch and make the thickness according to taste.
- Add pepper on top, give a toss and serve hot.
- Gobi manjurian indo chineese is ready.
