Green Biriyani Simple way, tasty, healthy, no masala and easy to make 1/2 kg Chicken4 nos Onion (chopped length wise, medium)2 nos Tomato (chopped)7 nos Green chillies1 bunch Coriander leaves1 bunch Mint leaves (Pudhina)Ginger (garlic paste - 2 tbsp)2 glass Basmati rice4 small Ghee (tea spoon)1 kattu) Pandant leaf (Pacha biriyani leaf)2 - Vegetable oil Heat ghee in a pan.Add rice and fry it for 3 mins. Keep aside.Grind together green chillies, coriander leaves and mint leaves to a fine paste.Heat oil in the pan.Add cardamom, cloves, feenel seeds and onion and fry for a few mins.Add tomato and stir it for 5 mins.Add the ginger-garlic paste followed by the ground paste.Add the chicken and pour 1 glass of water, salt and pandant leaf.Cover and cook for 5 mins on a medium heat.Heat up a cooker.Pour the above masala followed by rice and 2 glass of water into it.Close the cooker and cook it like your ordinary rice.
