An easy dish with green peas and potato

Ingredients
- Green peas - 2 cups
- Potato - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 cup
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic pods - 5 nos
- Tomato - 1 no
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Water(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
- Sugar - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
- Boil green peas and potato along with turmeric powder and salt in sufficient water.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onion and saute till light brown.
- Add crushed ginger and garlic and green chillies.
- Add coriander powder, salt, tomatoes and saute till it turns light red in colour.
- Add boiled green peas and potatoes. Mix well.
- Add sugar and mix well again.
- Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- :- Serve with rice, chapathis, pooris etc.
