Instructions
- Dice the onion and bell peppers into the smallest pieces possible using the knife. The idea is to have the smaller pieces cook quicker and absorb the flavors.
- Dice the garlic pod and keep it aside.
- Heat a cooking utensil of your choice and add the oil into it.
- Add the diced onions and bell peppers. Turn heat to medium high. Stir them till onions are translucent and the bell peppers have a pale green color.
- Add the garlic and stir for about 2 minutes on medium heat.
- Add the ground turkey and mix it into the sauteed onion and bell peppers.
- Turn off the heat and let it sit on the stove for a few minutes.
- You may use this preparation in a wrap, sandwich, or make a meat pulao
