Gujarat Khandvi is very famous in north india. This is easy to do and best snack with tea. This khandvi is prepared with besan flour or chick pea flour. This blends with butter milk or curd and cooked and rolled and tempered and serve.
Instructions
- In bowl mix all ingredients
- Now add water and pour in pan
- Cook and stir without hand and stir continuously.
- Check whether it cooked and thick.
- Now grease plate and spread thin
- Now temper mustard, sesame and curry leaves
- Now cut line with knife
- Now roll it and Pour temper mixture in serving plate
- Now the Gujarat Khandvi is ready to serve.
