Ingredients
- Wheat flour : 1 cup -
- All purpose flour : 1 cup -
- Sugar : 3 tsp -
- Yeast : 1 tsp -
- Chicken 4 pieces (with flesh) -
- egg 2 -
- Mustard seeds a pinch -
- Oil half spoon for mayonnaise -
- Pepper powder : 2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Potato 2 -
- oil to fry potato -

- Take a plate and pour wheat flour and all purpose flour to it
- Mix it well
- Then keep it closed for about 3 hours or more.
- After 3 hours we can see a size change in our dough ,it will be bigger as we added yeast to it.
- When we are keeping the dough for three hours , we can do other things, first slice the potato
- Then take a mixer or blender add egg , garlic and mustard seeds to it.
- Grind it for 1 minute and then pour half cup of oil to it.
- Then grind it for about 2 minutes and our soft creamy mayonnaise is ready.
- Meanwhile keep the chicken to get cooked by using water ,salt and 2 tsp of pepper powder.
- when its half cooked keep the chicken to the griller and grill it for 20 minutes.
- Then transfer it to a plate.
- Make small balls of dough.
- Make these balls ln to round shape.
- Then heat a pan and cook these roti's
- Then place these to a plate.
- Take the flesh out from the grilled chicken and make it to small pieces.
- Take some vegetables and make it thin sliced. Then take the roti and add some mayonnaise.
- Spread the mayonnaise and add some vegetables ,chicken pieces, French fries and tomato sauce to it
- Then roll it , our home made chicken shawarma is ready .
