Instructions
- Take the cleaned fish pieces in a plate and add cornflour, 1/2 tsp of soyasauce,1/2 tsp of chilli sauce, salt, pepper powder.
- Mix it well and keep it for 30 minutes.
- Then heat a pan and add oil ,when its hot add the fish pieces to it.
- When its fried
- Take it out and keep in a plate or casserole
- Heat another pan, add oil and when its hot
- Add curry leaves
- Saute it well and then add onion
- Stir for 2 minutes and then tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp of soya sauce and 1 tsp of chilly sauce.
- stir well and add the fried fish to it.
- Then add capsicum and stir well. Then turn off the flame
- Our dish is ready to serve.
