Ingredients
  

  • 250 Ml Milk Frozen
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Nos. Banana
  • 5 Nos. Cashew nuts
  • 2 Tsp Boost Any kind of malt powder of your choice.

Instructions
 

  • Boil, chill and freeze the milk. Semi frozen milk is fine too. To a blender jar, add ripe bananas and frozen milk.
  • Then add sugar, boost and cashew nuts. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Serve chilled immediately. Garnish with some malt powders.
