300 - Whole fish6 nos Garlic1 inch Ginger2 nos Onion (chopped, medium size)6 nos Red chili2 nos Tomato (small size)2 tbsp Tamarind1/2 cup Water1 tsp Palm sugar1/2 tsp Turmeric powderSalt (as reqd)Oil (as reqd) Clean the fish and mix with Turmeric powder and salt and deep fried till 3/4 cook.Pound 2 chilies and 2 garlic.Slit 4 chilies, slice garlic, ginger and onion, cut tomatoes into wedges. 4)Add oil, fry pounded chili and garlic till nice fragrant.Add onion, garlic, ginger, chili and fry till nice fragrant.Add tomatoes and fry till soft.Add tamarind juice and water and stir well.Add fish, palm sugar and salt.
