Tomato

Tamarind

Palm
sugar

tsp
Turmeric powder
Salt
as reqd
Oil
as reqd
Instructions
Clean the fish and mix with
Turmeric powder
and
salt
and deep fried till 3/4 cook.
Pound 2 chilies and 2
garlic
.
Slit 4 chilies, slice
garlic
,
ginger
and
onion
, cut tomatoes into wedges. 4)Add
oil
, fry pounded chili and
garlic
till nice fragrant.
Add
onion
,
garlic
,
ginger
, chili and fry till nice fragrant.
Add tomatoes and fry till soft.
Add
tamarind
juice and
water
and stir well.
Add fish, palm
sugar
and
salt
.
Cook for 5 minutes.
:-Serve hot with white rice!!!
