  • Chicken breasts boneless, skinless, cubed
  • 1 no Onion cubed, big
  • 1 no Bell peppers cubed, Red or Green
  • 1 no Carrot peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp Bamboo shoots
  • 1 tbsp Water chestnuts optional
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 2 - Red chillie flakes
  • 5 - Garlic pods
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil or Vegetable oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • Sugar As reqd


  • Heat oil in a pan/wok. 2)Add chicken cubes, salt and little turmeric powder.
  • When the chicken is cooked, take it out and keep it aside.
  • In the same hot pan, add in the remaining oil.
  • Add red chillie flakes and garlic.
  • :- Let the gas be on high flame. But see to that the ingredients don¦t get burnt.
  • Add onions, bell peppers, carrots, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts.
  • When the vegges start to cook, add the chicken pieces, soya sauce and sugar.
  • Stir fry it on high flame.
  • :- The veggis have to be crisp and not over cooked.
  • Remove from the stove.
  • :- Serve piping hot with white rice or fried rice.
