  • Clean the chicken and cut it into medium size pieces.
  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Fry the cashew nuts, 1 sliced onion, peppercorns, coriander seeds , garlic and green chillies in it.
  • Fry till all the ingredients are cooked.
  • Grind together the fried mixture along with ginger in a mixer grinder.
  • Heat the remaining ghee in the pressure cooker.
  • Add 1 sliced onion, chopped tomatoes and turmeric powder and fry for 2 mins.
  • Add the chicken pieces and salt.
  • Add the ground masala and little water.
  • Pressure cook it for 10 - 15 mins on a medium-high flame.
  • :- Serve hot with Jeera rice or hot rotis.
