Ingredients
- Idli(previously steamed and cooled, and diced into bite sized pieces) - 4 -
- Green chilly - 1/2
- Curry leaves - 4 -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry masala powder or Red chilly powder(either one is ok) - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato(big) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1/2 tsp) -
- Onion(finely sliced, medium) - 1 no
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add the onions and saute till light brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste, green chilly, salt, curry leaves, turmeric powder and curry masala powder and saute well for 2 - 3 mins.
- Once done, add the tomatoes.
- Stir well until it is cooked.
- Add diced idlis and mix well.
- Cook for 5 mins and finally add salt.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- :- Serve hot with a cup pf tea...
