Instant & Quick Sambar

this is a very simple recipe which we can do within 20 mins. this sambhar is very famous in all road side shop . this flavour is unique

Ingredients
  

Instructions
 

  • In mixie add Fried Gram and make powder
  • In pan add oil and temper mustard
  • Now add onion, saute well and add ginger garlic paste
  • Now add tomato and cook till it becomes soft
  • Add masala powder, turmeric and salt
  • Now add water and boil for 5 minutes
  • When it boils add Fried gram powder(mix little water)
  • Bring to boil and when it becomes thick, turn off
  • Now its ready to serve Instant & Quick Sambar
