- Cooking Soda - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 string
- Sesame seed - 2 tsp
- Green chili(chopped) - 2
- Mustard seed - 1 tsp
- Oil - 4 tsp

Instructions
- soak sooji in curd
- In a flat bowl grease oil and pour mixture and keep in steamer and steam for 15 minues.
- In pan temper oil with sesame seed, curry leaves, mustard, green chili
- Now pour it in Dhokla and spread all side
- Cut the Dhokla and remove from the bowl
- Now its ready to serve Sooji Dhokla
