- Channa dal - 1/2
- Toor dal - 1/2 cup
- Onion - 2 chopped
- Red chili - 3
- Green chili - 1
- Fennel seed - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon - 1
- Cloves - 1
- Ginger Garlic - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Oil(for shallow fry) -
- Water - 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Now added one chopped onion and mix well
- Now add oil in pan shallow fry with small balls and flat in pan and cook both side
- Now remove from pan and allow to cool
- Now crush all the vadas and keep aside
- In pan add oil and temper fennel seeds, cloves, cinnamon and ginger garlic
- Now add saute onion and green chili
- Now add crushed vada and mix well and water and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame
- Now its ready to serve instand vada curry
