Ingredients
- Jackfruit seeds(peeled and sliced, Chakkakuru) - 2 cups
- Raw mango(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Green chillies(slit) - 5 nos
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Shallots(chopped, Kunjulli) - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Water(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- When it is half cooked add in raw mango pieces.
- Grind coconut, turmeric powder, green chillies and cumin seeds to a fine paste.
- Mash the cooked ingredients.
- Boil the mashed mixture and ground ingredients with a little water. Remove it from the flame.
- Splutter mustard seeds in oil. Then add in shallots and curry leaves. Pour this into the above curry.
- Jackfruit seed mango curry is ready.
