- Ladies finger : 250 gm -
- Onion sliced : 1 medium -
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- Asafoetida : ¼ tsp -
- Amchur powder : ½ tsp -
- Gram Flour : 1 cup -
- Fried green chillies for garnish : Optional -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil for deep fry -

Instructions
- Clean, wash the ladies finger and dry with a kitchen towel. Remove the upper part and slice the ladies finger [shape is in your choice].
- Add red chilli powder, sliced onion, amchur powder, asafoetida , gram flour & salt.

- Add little water and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the ladies finger and 2 - 3 green chillies.
- Serve hot.
