Instructions
- For preparing kadala upperi, soak kadala over night.
- Cook well.
- Evaporate water and make thick masala.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Splutter mustard seeds. Add curry leaves. Add the gravy and fry it.
- Keep in low flame and fry the kadala. Kadala upperi is ready.
