- Mussels/kallumakkai - 1/2 kg
- Onion - 2
- Tomato - 1 large
- Green chilly - 4
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 3 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 3/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves(little) -
- Curry leaves(little) -
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(to taste) -

- Clean mussels/kallumakkai and marinate it in chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt.
- Heat oil in a vessel and deep fry the mussels.
- Add tomato,green chilly,ginger,garlic,curry leaves,coriander leaves and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add fried mussels,garam masala,salt and saute for 2 minutes.
- Mussels roast is ready to serve.
