Ingredients: 3 cups Thick Butter milk (Moru); 2 cups Yam&Raw Bananas(Paccha Kkai)(cut into thin slices) (Chena); 1 tsp Turmeric powder; 1 tsp Fenugreek powder (Uluva); 1 tsp Black pepper powder; 1/2 cup Grated coconut; 2-3 nos Green chillies; Salt (As reqd); 1 tbsp Oil; 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds; Curry leaves (A few)

Ingredients

3 cups Thick Butter milk Moru
2 cups Yam&Raw Bananas(Paccha Kkai)(cut into thin slices) Chena
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Fenugreek powder Uluva
1 tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 cup Grated coconut
2-3 nos Green chillies
Salt As reqd
1 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
Curry leaves A few

Instructions

Grind together the grated coconut and the green chillies.
Cook yam and bananas in buttermilk with turmeric powder till soft.
Add salt, ground paste and cook for few minutes.
Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves and stir fry.
Add the buttermilk mixture to this, along with the black pepper and fenugreek powder.
