- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Gram masala - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 5
- Coriander leaves - 4
- Coconut milk - 2 cup
- Salt - 1 tsp

Instructions
- First boil eggs in water
- Remove the shells of egg.
- IIn a kadai put oil and add mustard seeds.when it crackles add onions.
- Next add chillies and curry leaves.
- Add coriander powder,chilli powder and turmeric powder.and gram masala.
- Fry for some time.
- Mix all together and boil for 5 minutes.
- Now egg curry is ready to serve.
