Rice fried in Ghee

Instructions
- Fry the cashews till golden brown and keep aside.
- Fry half of the sliced onions till brown and crisp. Keep aside.
- Saute the remaining onions until golden brown.
- Add rice gently and mix so as to get the onions and spices coated.
- Check salt and cook for 15 minutes.
- Remove from fire.
- Garnish with the crispy fried onions and cashews.
- :- Serve hot with dhal curry, kurma, chicken or mutton.
