- Oil(As reqd) -
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Red ripe tomatoes(finely chopped) - 8 -
- Red chilli powder(As reqd) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Coriander leaves(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds and saute the curry leaves.
- Add the finely chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Allow the tomatoes to boil for sometime.
- When the curry turns thick, add the coriander leaves.
- :- Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
