- Chicken - 1 kg
- Onion - 3
- Tomato - 2
- Green chilly - 4
- Ginger - 1 tbsp
- garlic - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves(one hand full) -
- Fenugreek seeds(roasted and powdered) - 1/2 tsp
- Chicken Masala - 1 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 2 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste -

- For preparing the delicious dish, first clean and cut chicken into small pieces. Wash thoroughly and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds roasted and powdered and chopped ginger garlic.
- To this add onion, curry leaves, salt and saute well.
- Add green chilly and saute for 5 minutes.
- When the onion turns light brown in colour add all masalas. Saute until the raw smell goes off.
- Add tomato and saute until soft.
- Add chicken pieces and combine well. Cover the top and cook in medium flame for 30 minutes.
- Finally sprinkle 1 tbsp of fresh coconut oil and mix well.
- Yummy pepper chicken is ready to serve.
