- Chicken thighs - 4 nos
- Curd - 1 cup
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 2 tsp
- Pepper corns(crushed) - 2 tsp
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies(slit) - 4 nos
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Keep it over night.
- Apply butter in a tray and place chicken pieces in it. Apply butter over chicken also.
- Bake it in oven at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
- Turn in between.
- Kerala style baked chicken is ready.
