Ingredients
- Jasmine rice - 1 cup
- Cashew nuts(a handful) -
- Turmeric(a pinch) -
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Green chillie - 1 no
- Red chillie(whole) - 2 nos
- Juice of 1 lemon -
- Salt(to taste) -
- Urad dal - 1 tbsp
- Corriander leaves(few) -

Instructions
- Boil rice.
- Heat oil in a kadai and spread in a thali and cool for 5 minutes.
- Add mustard seeds, red whole chillie, curry leaves, cashew nuts, urad dal,turmeric powder.
- Pour the rice, green chillie and salt and mix well.
- Add lemon juice and corriander leaves.
