- Green Mango(peeled & sliced) - 1 no
- Coconut milk - 2 cups
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Onions(finely sliced) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(sliced) - 2 nos
- Ginger(peeled and sliced) - 1 inch

Instructions
- For preparing the delicious dish, heat oil in a large pan. Add the mustard seeds. As soon as they begin to sputter, add the onions, green chillies, ginger and curry leaves. Cook over medium heat until the onions are light brown.
- Add the chilly powder and turmeric. Mix well and saute for another two minutes.
- The tasty curry dish is ready.
