Ingredients
- Crab(cut into big pieces and boiled with salt, turmeric powder and a little water ) - 1/2 kg
- Onion(sliced, big) - 1 no
- Tomato(sliced, big) - 1 no
- Fennel seeds(Perumjeerakam) - 1/2 tbsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Cloves(Grambu) - 2 nos
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 2 inch
- Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As req) -

Instructions
- For preparing tasty crab masala, first grind one big onion, one big tomato, 1/2 tbsp perumjeerakam, 1 tbsp red chilly powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder in a mixie and keep aside.
- In a frying pan, add 2-3 spoons of oil and heat.
- Add 2 cloves and 2″ cinnamon pieces.
- Add the ground masala and fry till raw smell disappears.
- Kerala Style Tasty crab masala is ready. Serve hot with chappathis, rotis or rice.
