King Prawn Korma King prawn korma - light, mild and creamy 12 - King prawns (peeled and cooked)3 tbsp Natural low fat yoghurt (plain)3 tbsp Ricotta cheese1 tsp Paprika (ground)1 tsp Garam masala1 tbsp Tomato puree3 tbsp Coconut milk1 tsp Chilly powder2/3 cup Water1 tbsp Oil1 tsp Garlic (crushed)1 tsp Fresh root ginger (grated)1/2" stick Cinnamon (Karugapatta)2 nos Green cardamomSalt (As reqd)1 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) Place the yoghurt, cheese, paprika, garam masala, tomato puree, coconut milk, chilly powder and water in a bowl.Blend all the ingredients together well and set aside.Heat oil in a heavy pan.Add garlic, ginger, cinnamon, cardamoms and salt to taste and fry over a low heat.Increase the heat and pour in the spice mixture.Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.Add prawns and continue to stir-fry, until the prawns have heated through and the sauce is quite thick.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
