King prawn korma - light, mild and creamy

Natural low fat yoghurt
plain

tbsp
Ricotta cheese
1
tsp
Paprika
ground
1
tsp
Garam masala
1
tbsp
Tomato
puree
3
tbsp
Coconut
milk
1
tsp
Chilly powder
2/3
cup
Water
1
tbsp
Oil
1
tsp
Garlic
crushed
1
tsp
Fresh root
ginger
grated
1/2"
stick
Cinnamon
Karugapatta

Green
cardamom
Salt
As reqd
1
tbsp
Fresh coriander leaves
chopped
Instructions
Place the yoghurt, cheese, paprika,
garam masala
,
tomato
puree,
coconut
milk
, chilly powder and
water
in a bowl.
Blend all the ingredients together well and set aside.
Heat
oil
in a heavy pan.
Add
garlic
,
ginger
, cinnamon, cardamoms and
salt
to taste and fry over a low heat.
Increase the heat and pour in the spice mixture.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Add
prawns
and continue to stir-fry, until the
prawns
have heated through and the sauce is quite thick.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
