Ingredients
- Tamarind - 1 lemon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly - 2
- Hing - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(As per taste) -
- Roast & Grind -
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Coriander seed - 2 tbsp
- Red chilly - 6
- Channa dal - 1 tbsp
- Urad dal - 2 tsp
- Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Sesame seed - 2 tsp
For Temper:
- Gingelly oil - 2 tbsp
- Mustard seed - 1 tsp
- Channa dal - 2 tsp
- Peanut - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1 string
- Cooked rice - 2 cup

Instructions
- Soak tamarind and extract the juice and keep aside.
- fry well except sesame seed and at last minute add sesame seed, turn off and allow to cool.
- Make coarse powder and keep aside
- In pan add oil temper all ingredients and when peanut and channa dal roast add red chilly and curry leaves.
- When raw smell goes out add grind powder and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.
- Now Puli sadham mixture is ready and can store in airtight container and use for 2 times.
- Now add 4 tbsp of puli sadham mixture and mix gently and serve.
- Now Kovil Puli sadham is ready.
