Liver egg pepper curry is a very tasty dish especialy for kids. This is very easy to prepare and made with freshly ground pepper . This is more or like a side dish or can be treated like a gravy. This goes well with rice and rotis. boil few eggs and add it to the curry to give a additional rich taste.

- mutton liver 1 bowl -
- Boiled Eggs : 3 -
- onions 1 cup -
- Tomato 1 -
- ginger garlic paste 1 sp -
- Salt to taste -
- red chilli powder 1/2 sp -
- coriander powder 1/2 sp -
- pepper 5 - 6 tbsp
- curry leaves a hand full -
- mustard seed 1 sp -

- heat oil saute mustard, onions, curry leaves
- add pepper red chilli powder and coriander powder
- add liver cubes saute and cook with water
- when cooked, add eggs simmer for 5 minutes and serve
