- Prawn - 200 g
- Cooked macaroni - 2 cups
- Long beans/payar(chopped) - 1 cup
- Carrot(chopped) - 1 no
- Onion(chopped, small) - 1 no
- Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Chilly sauce - 2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek leaves(optional, Uluva ela) - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped)(optional) - 3 springs
- Water(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing macaroni prawn masala, marinate the prawns in ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt. Keep it aside.
- After 7 minutes, add in chilly sauce and garam masla. Mix well.
- Then add cooked beans and fried prawns. Stir it.
- After that add the cooked macaroni and toss it. Close the lid for few minutes.
- Then open the lid and add fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves.
- Macaroni prawn masala is ready. Serve hot.
- Note: 1)You can adjust the spices according to your taste.
