- For the filling: -
- Chicken - 250 g
- Onion(chopped) - 2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Green chilly - 3 chopped
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Coriander leaves(few) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Salt : As required -
- For pancake -
- Maida - 2 cup
- Egg - 1
- Salt : pinch -

- Cook chicken with 1 tsp pepper powder,1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt as required.shred the chicken when it is completely cooled.
- Take all the ingredients for filling.
- Add all the masalas and shredded chicken,combine well and cook for 4-5minutes and remove from the flame
- Heat a dosa tawa and pour some batter and spread into a thin pancake.once it started to cook remove to a plate.place each pancake on a work surface and put the filling towards the sides in half way through.
- Dip each roll in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry it in hot oil.
- Serve with tomato ketchup!
