Malabar Eethappazham Pori (date Fritters)
A tea time snack made by stuffing cashew nuts into slit
dates
and deep fried.

For preparing batter:

As reqd for frying

Instructions
Make a thick batter of
egg
,
coconut
,
sugar
, maida and required
salt
.
Slit the
dates
and remove seeds.
Stuff the cashew nuts inside
dates
.
Dip the
dates
in this batter and deep fry till golden in color.
Malabar eethappazham pori is ready and enjoy.
