- Wheat flour - 125g/1 cup
- Butter(melted) - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd for deep frying) -

Instructions
- For preparing malabar kannu pathiri, take a flat bottomed vessel and pour wheat flour and maida.
- Keep this dough aside for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into average sized balls and flatten these balls into thin rounds by sprinkling flour.
- Fold each side towards centre and deep fry the folded upward side first and then the bottom side.
- Repeat the same process with the remaining balls.
- Malabari kannu pathiri is ready and serve with any non vegetarian curry.
