- Beef - 500 grams
- Ginger - 2 small
- garlic - 5 cloves
- Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Shallots(chopped) - 1 cup
- Fennel seed - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Curry leaves - 1 stem
- Salt(to taste) -
- Oil(for frying) -

- clean and cut the beef into small pieces.
- Add all masala powders
- Mix it well
- Pressure cook it fo 6-7 whistle.Open the lid and
- Heat oil in a iron skillet and add curry leaves.
- Add cooked beef and fry it for 3-4 minutes in medium flame.
- Malabar special spicy beef fry is ready now.
