Instructions
- Heat a pan and wipe it with a cloth covered in coconut oil.
- Take a small quantity from the dough and make it a fine sphere. Press it lightly on your hand.
- Press it on the pan directly with your hand and turn it over as soon as it attain the shape.
- Place two more pathiris on the pan in the same way.
- In the meantime the pathiris get cooked you can make some more spheres ready to be pressed.
- Turn it over when one side gets well cooked.
- Take it from flame and repeat the procedure from wiping the pan.
- Serve it with chicken curry, beef curry or anything you feel like.
