- Chicken breasts or thighs(boneless) - 4 nos
Ingredients for marinade:
- Yoghurt/curd - 4 tbsp
- Heavy cream - 2 tbsp
- Ginger Paste - 3 tsp
- Garlic paste - 3 tsp
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Butter for basting -

Instructions
- For preparing Malai Chicken Tikka, first blend together all the ingredients for marinade at high speed in a blender.
- Make deep cuts in the chicken with fork.
- Apply the marinade mixture on the chicken pieces and marinate for 1 hour.
- Grill chicken pieces on medium high for 5-8 minutes on each side.
- Bast with butter in between.
- :- You can also bake chicken pieces in an oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
