  • For preparing Malai Chicken Tikka, first blend together all the ingredients for marinade at high speed in a blender.
  • Make deep cuts in the chicken with fork.
  • Apply the marinade mixture on the chicken pieces and marinate for 1 hour.
  • Grill chicken pieces on medium high for 5-8 minutes on each side.
  • Bast with butter in between.
  • :- You can also bake chicken pieces in an oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
  • :- Serve hot and mouth watering Malai Chicken Tikka with Mint Chutney and Naan.

    This is a very bad recepie, without chillies it is tasteless.Very bad indeed.
