Malai Mutter

This is north indian recipe. Fresh cream is added more and milk too. Rich and high fatty recipe, more calcium too. Nice combo to indian breads, pulao.

  • In a pan add oil then temper jeera
  • Saute ginger garlic till the raw smell goes out.
  • Now add chopped onion then saute well till transparent.
  • Now add chopped tomato then cook till it turns into soft.
  • Add all powders and mix well.
  • now add boiled peas then cook for 3 mins.
  • Now add milk and bring to one boil.
  • Now add fresh cream mix well cook for 2 mins and turn off.
  • Now it is ready to serve with Roti malai Mutter.,
