Ingredients
- Mandeli : 20 - 25 nos
- Kashmiri chillies : 2 nos -
- Whole red spicy chillies : 6 - 8 nos
- Tamarind : 1 tsp -
- Coconut grated : 1 no -
- Triphal : 15 - 20 nos
- Coconut Oil : 2 tsp -
- Turmeric powder : ½ tsp -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Soak the triphal in hot water keep aside for 30 minute.
- Enter Step
- Wash & clean the fish.
- Grind the coconut, red chillies, tamarind and salt to a fine paste.
- While grinding the paste, add water in which the triphal has been soaked.
- Transfer the ground masala to a cooking vessel and add turmeric powder and triphal.
- Add water according the consistency of the curry required.
- Add the mandeli & bring the curry to a boil.
- Serve with steamed / boiled rice.
