  • 2 nos Ripe mangoes
  • 2 nos Egg whites
  • 1 cup Sugar powdered
  • 1 tbsp Gelatin
  • 150 ml Whipping cream blended


  • For preparing mango mousse, soak the gelatin in 4 tbsp of water and melt it in steam.
  • Grind mango pieces and sugar to make a paste.
  • Add the melted gelatin to it and chill it.
  • When it is about to freeze, take it out and mix it with blended cream.
  • Beat the egg white and add it to the above mixture and mix it well.
  • Convert it to a pudding tray and keep it in fridge to set.
  • Mango mousse is ready.
